WOW! Where do I start?
I have lived in fight or flight mode all my life, even when life was good there has always been an underlying fear in the back of my head that I have done something wrong and that something really bad was going to happen, I never knew what that was but I could never shake it. After doing this breathwork session with Lisa I felt this amazing calm flowing from within me, and you can ask her that is not what happens to me in these sessions, usually I get so high I don't stop talking but this time I said to her I feel this amazing peace I know something big has shifted, and to this day the calmness and peace has not left me and a bladder issue that I have had for many years has disappeared. I feel so blessed to be a part of this amazing breathwork family it truly is changing my life, one breath at a time.

9D Breathwork is a unique experience that combines breathing techniques with sound therapy, guided voice coaching, and healing frequencies. While regular breathwork focuses only on the breath, 9D uses music, brainwave tuning, and subconscious suggestions to help you go deeper and experience faster emotional and mental shifts.
You’ll lie down comfortably with headphones on. A guide will lead you through breathing patterns while music, tones, and affirmations play in your ears. You might feel emotions come up, physical sensations, or deep relaxation this is all part of the release process. Afterward, most people feel lighter, calmer, and more clear-headed.
Yes, most people can safely do 9D Breathwork. However, if you have certain medical conditions (like epilepsy, heart issues, or are pregnant), it’s best to check with your doctor first. Always listen to your body and go at your own pace.
